Having spent 8 years helping to build one of the most successful independent generic recruitment consultancy's in London, John Morris realised that there wasn't a specialist finance recruitment consultancy for the media industry.

From this realisation John had a vision to set up RedHAT (formally JAM) and for it "to be the most obvious consultancy in that market" He materialised this vision in 2001 and the rest you would say is history!

Having previously worked with John for three years, the prospect of reuniting with him again, after setting up RedHAT was a no-brainer!

Having run a small independent Consultancy in-between, it was an exciting opportunity to join forces with John and create a focused, media specialist with a clear agenda

We have assembled a team of unique characters over the years, as many of you who have dealt with us will know!

With interests ranging from Singing, acting, music & drama and flying helicopters (!) we've never shyed away from believing personalities should flourish both inside and outside of work.
